The features, descriptions, images, and prices of the LumeaGlow Peel Skin are indicated on the website. Offers are valid subject to stock availability.

4. Ordering

Orders are placed online via the website. validating an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service and associated policies. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an anomaly or a prior dispute.

5. Price and Payment

Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
Payments are secure, and orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are 7 to 15 working days.
Tracking is accessible to every customer for each order placed.
The seller's liability ends upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation): You have a period of 14 days from the Order Date to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Service Fees: If the cancellation request is made after the order has already been processed by our team, a service fee of £5 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Satisfaction Guarantee: The return period is extended to 30 days from the Delivery Date.
Return Conditions: To be accepted, the product must be returned in its original "as new" condition—unopened and in its original packaging.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a seller error or a defective product.

8. Warranty

Legal Warranty: A 2-year legal warranty covers conformity defects and hidden defects.
Commercial Guarantee: A 30-day commercial satisfaction guarantee is offered on the Peel Skin.
Usage: Proper use of the product according to recommendations (weekly use) is required to benefit from any warranty.

9. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure, misuse or non-compliant use of the product, customer address errors, or carrier incidents occurring after delivery.

10. Dispute Resolution & Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the customer may use the European ODR platform for free mediation: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable to the company’s registered office.
Jurisdiction: The competent courts are those of Brussels, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
