  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1 working day following validation and payment.

  • Delivery: The average delivery time is 7 to 15 working days, regardless of the destination.

  • Adjustments: Depending on seasonal demand or workload, adjustments to these lead times may occur and will be displayed on the website or communicated via email.

Article 5 - Liability and Risk Transfer

  • The seller's liability ends upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier (home delivery, collection point handover, signature, or scan).

  • It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package upon receipt and immediately report any anomalies to the delivery driver or collection point staff.

Article 6 - Damaged or Non-Conforming Package

  • In the event of a damaged, incomplete, or suspicious package, it is imperative to refuse the delivery or clearly state your reservations on the delivery note.

  • Please notify our customer service immediately (within 48 hours), providing photos as proof.

Article 7 - Non-Receipt or Loss of Package

  • If the tracking indicates that delivery has been made but you have not received anything, please check with your neighbours or your local post office.

Article 8 - Uncollected Packages (Collection Points)

  • You have a period of 5 to 8 days (depending on the carrier) to collect your package from the collection point.

  • After this period, the package will be returned to us. The cost of re-shipping will be charged to you or deducted from your refund, depending on your choice.

  • We offer shipping to various destinations in Europe and worldwide.

  • Any potential customs duties or taxes due upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.
